Fall: lights, shoots and leaves

Daniel threw all the bounce light he could on Anna Mercer, director of the NOAA Fisheries Narragansett Lab.

We love planning productions outside, and in these days of coronavirus, outdoor shoots make everyone breathe easier. Thankfully, the weather agreed this past month!

Wearing T-shirts and sunglasses —along with our masks— we held interviews and voiceover recordings for  projects we’re producing for the University of Georgia, NOAA Fisheries, and the PBS series Changing Seas. Setting up stands on a boat, recording audio on the water, and flying the drone above marshes was suddenly a (gentle) breeze!

Now that we’ve come back to November reality, we’re transitioning to post-production. Nothing like an editing timeline and a hot cup of tea when the wind is howling! We’re looking forward to sharing the finished videos with you… as soon as the snow starts swirling.
